Asseyez-vous en position de POSTURE DU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/?page_id=6407\">  LOTUS  <\/a> (PADMASANA) ou de<br \/>\nPOSTURE ASSISE DU <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/?page_id=6407\"> VAJRASANA <\/a> (sur les talons) ou de<br \/>\nSIDDHASANA  (en position de tailleur une jambe devant l\u2019autre). La bouche est ferm\u00e9e. Prenez un moment pour vous d\u00e9tendre<br \/>\n<strong>LA PHASE D\u2019INSPIRATION<\/strong> : Remplissez vos poumons pleinement en inspirant \u00e0 travers les deux narines. L\u2019inspiration est active.<br \/>\n<strong>LA PHASE D\u2019EXPIRATION <\/strong>: Expirez rapidement \u00e0 fond en \u00e9mettant un fort sifflement , l\u2019expiration est active.<\/p>\n<p><div id=\"attachment_12320\" style=\"width: 125px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/poumons.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/poumons-115x150.jpg\" alt=\"La respiration thoracique\" width=\"115\" height=\"150\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-12320\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-12320\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La respiration thoracique<\/p><\/div><br \/>\n<strong>POINT IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Bhastrika sollicite le mouvement de la cage thoracique tandis que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/?page_id=7461\"> <strong>Kapalabhati<\/strong><\/a> sollicite le mouvement du ventre. Pendant <strong>Bhastrika<\/strong> lors de l\u2019inspiration forte c\u2019est  la poitrine qui gonfle et se vide contrairement \u00e0  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holisticattitude.com\/?page_id=7461\"> Kapalabhati<\/a>  o\u00f9 le ventre avance et recule.<br \/>\n<strong>LE NOMBRE DE RESPIRATIONS POUR CHAQUE CYCLE <\/strong>: Effectuez entre <strong>10 <\/strong>et <strong>20<\/strong> respirations (un cycle). Gardez le m\u00eame nombre de respirations \u00e0 chaque cycle<br \/>\n<strong>LE NOMBRE DE CYCLES :<\/strong> Au d\u00e9but pratiquez entre 5-6 cycles. N\u2019allez pas au bout de vos forces.  \u00c9coutez votre corps et \u00e9vitez de vous \u00e9puiser.
